🐾 Sweet Bella visited us recently for her second vaccination appointment 🐱💉

She spent her visit enjoying plenty of cuddles with nurses Liz and Shannon, and very quickly wrapped them around her tiny paws with her expert biscuit-making skills and loud purrs on the consult table ❤️

Bella also made sure the LickiLicks treats kept coming her way — clever girl! 😸

Although her brother Monty couldn’t join her today, we’re sure he’ll be waiting at home ready for a cosy cuddle in bed with his sister after her big day 🥰

☀️ Bank Holiday Closure Notice ☀️

Please note that Dumbledore Vets will be closed on Monday 25th May 2026 for the Bank Holiday. We will reopen as normal on Tuesday 26th May at 08:00.

Should you need veterinary assistance during our closure, your call will be diverted to MiNight Vet in Ringwood for emergency care.

With the warmer weather on the way, we hope everyone enjoys the sunshine! 🌞 Please remember to keep your pets safe and cool by ensuring they have plenty of fresh water, access to shade, and avoiding walks during the hottest parts of the day. 🐾

UPDATE - Doris has been found and is receiving veterinary care ❤️

MISSING DOG - last seen in Edmondsham Lakes area Friday evening.
Please share and contact us, or any local vet, with news / sightings.
Doris is a Dumbledore patient and her worried owners are still desperately trying to find her 😢

🐾 WATCH OUT RECEPTION TEAM… there’s a new recruit in town! 🐾

Tiny Timmy the Chihuahua came into the practice today to offer emotional support to his housemate Winola during her visit with vet Hattie 💙

But somehow, Timmy got roped into helping out on reception… and honestly? He totally bossed it. 🐶✨

From greeting clients to supervising the team (and looking adorable while doing it), Timmy proved he’s a natural front-of-house superstar. We’re pretty sure he now deserves Employee of the Month 🏆

Receptionists… your jobs may officially be at risk 👀😂

STRAY DOG 🐕
We have had a female Lakeland Terrier handed into the practice this morning - please contact us on 01202 070249 if you are looking for her.
Proof of ownership will be required upon collection, and she will otherwise be passed on to the Dorset Dog Warden later today.

Happy Monday everyone 🐾☀️

What better way to start the week than with these adorable little puppies! ❤️

These brave babies came in for their appointment and took it all completely in their stride. In fact, they were so unbothered by the whole thing that they snoozed their way through most of it! 😴🐶

Safe to say they melted all of our hearts here at the clinic. We hope these sleepy faces brighten your Monday as much as they brightened ours 🥰

⭐ Patient of the Week ⭐

This handsome boy is Brian 🐾

Brian visited us this week to have some lumps removed, and we’re happy to say he was an absolute star from start to finish. He recovered so smoothly that when our nurses lifted him to take him back to his kennel, he stretched himself out like he was doing the doggy paddle all the way there! 🌊🐶

Safe to say Brian won over the whole team with his gentle nature and hilarious recovery antics. We hope you’re enjoying lots of treats and cuddles at home, Brian ❤️
