Equestrian fitness

Unmounted sessions to assess your straightness, suppleness & position.

What you will work on in the session !

● Increase your feel?
● Find your seat bones?
●Improve your reaction times?
● Strengthen your core?
● Improve your position?
● Improve your horses way of going?

How we sit on a horse has a huge effect on their balance, straightness, paces and general way of going.
How many of us make our horses back sore on the same side every time the physio checks your horse!

Unmounted session to specifically work on yourself to target the exact areas.

£30 unmounted session for 30 minutes
