Last week we decided to start a new feature to try and get more social media active. We bring to you 'pic of the week'.
Each week myself (Nicola), Tracey and Paige will select our favourite photo and you all get to vote for the best one.
I won't tell you who's pictures are who's until the winner is announced.

International Women's Day
A shout out to Nicola, the owner of Rainbow Cottage Dog Services.
9 years ago this May, after graduating from University with a degree in Sport Psychology, Nicola decided to go in a different direction and start working with dogs.
She has built the business over the years, providing care to hundreds of dogs and other pets.
The last 9 months Nicola has done it all whilst being barefoot, and has just 3 months left of her barefoot for a year challenge. Today is a fantastic day to donate to this incredible fundraiser for Mind.
