We will also be having some very special visitors on Friday...

For those of you who have seen Jim the Suffolk Punch at the shop in his carriage, he's coming back. And this time Winnifred and Grania are coming too!

Jim is an 11yo gelding, Win 8yo mare and Grania is 15 month old filly (Winnifred's daughter). Jim and Winnifred are the main stays of the team, they do all the hard work such as ploughing, cart pulling and logging. Jim does everything from HOYS to ploughing, and Winnifred is my main forestry horse. Grania is currently too young to join in but I have no doubt she will also go on to be a very useful member of the team.

They will be in the paddock next to the shop with Katy who will be very happy to chat to everyone and answer all your questions about them🧡

Come with one of our supported riders Seth Turkington as he picks up his summer competing essentials to keep Herbie feeling and looking his best while representing England at both the European and World Mounted Games Championships which are in France this summer.

We wish Seth the best of luck and can't wait to see how they get on!

💥The Bat Cup💥

A busy weekend of polo saw Sunday hold the Final and Sub Final of The Bat Cup kindly sponsored by Stroud Farm 🙌

Chialvo Polo and R&R Polo took to HMA Tax No. 1 Ground for their chance at the Cup. It was a close game throughout with never more than a goal between the teams. With only a few minutes to go Chialvo Polo took the winning goal to claim The Bat Cup 🏆

Next up was the round robin for the Sub Final of The Bat Cup. Los Locos, EB/ Everdene and HMA Tax Polo team battled it out for the victory. After 6 chukkas pf exciting polo it was Los Locos who came out on top with EB/ Everdene close behind 🎉
