At High Kype Livery, horse welfare is at the centre of everything we do. We understand how important routine, consistency and a calm environment are for happy, settled horses, and we take pride in providing a relaxed, well-managed yard where both horses and owners feel comfortable. We are a private assisted livery yard offering excellent facilities including indoor and floodlit outdoor arenas, all

year turnout, hot wash, solarium, hard standings, automated drinkers and ample clean storage space. We value a friendly, respectful and supportive atmosphere and aim to maintain high standards of care throughout the yard. Every horse is treated as an individual, with attention to their routine, wellbeing and day-to-day needs.

Our yard offers high quality facilities within a peaceful, friendly and carefully managed environment, ideal for owners looking for a quieter and more personal setting.

We’re very mindful about maintaining the relaxed atmosphere we’ve built here, so we are selective when it comes to new liveries. We’re ideally looking for kind, sensible horses and like-minded owners who enjoy a peaceful, well-run yard environment.
