Just to let people know....I really do value everyone's custom, but my small business is being run into the ground. I'm having so many people not turning up or cancelling appointments too late for me book someone else in. I'm left with all the same overheads whether you turn up or not, and I need to work! Vey few people offer to square up for missed appointments, just want me to rebook as if it's no problem...it's honestly at the point where I'm thinking of closing down....I'm barely charging enough as it is....for those who do value my hard work, I really appreciate it, but I need people to take more the seriously the impact of not turning up or late cancellations on a small business. I'm always gracious and polite about it but I'm fed up with it now!
