🐕PEGGY'S HAND STRIPPING 🐕
Hand stripping is exactly about taking off the old, dead outer coat that no longer serves its purpose.
​Textured hair only grows in when the previous hair is removed completely (from the root). The biggest concern of owners 💬 is whether hand stripping will be hurt the dog. The answer is NO. It does not hurt, not should it cause any pain or discomfort. Some of my client dogs fall asleep 💤 during the process.💞

🐾Looking for blood donors🐾

We are looking to create a list of dog blood donors that we could contact in an emergency for their dog to donate blood for an ill pet in need of a transfusion.

To register for this we would need you to bring your pet in for a free health and temperament check.

Criteria to be a blood donor:
🐾Calm, friendly and healthy
🐾Between 1 and 8 years old
🐾25kg of lean body weight
🐾Never been outside the UK
🐾Fully vaccinated and not on any medication

Your pet could have the chance to save a life! If your dog meets the criteria please phone us on 01776 703131 during surgery hours 8.30am - 5.30pm
