Hi Folks,

It's only Tuesday and this week alone I have had 6 no shows today and 4 cancellations for tomorrow, I thank those who took time to txt and rebook.
Going forward We are on a VERY strict policy, if you don't commit with your scheduled appointment or at least give 24hours notice, we have the right to cancel all further appointments. There is also a no show fee off 25% off your grooming fee. This must be paid before reschedule.

Please understand I try to accommodate everyone, but when a week like this continues, it affects so much more than an hour with pampering your dog.

Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to pampering your pooches.

Hey folks, I'm taking the week of Monday 20th July off as my Eóin is in the Foyle cup. 🥰 there will be wash and blow drys Only available but it is appointment only. Also, any cancellation or no shows will be charged going forward. Without 24hour notification.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or changed. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real impact on any small business. Going forward I unfortunately have to set a strick no show rule, if you miss your appointment, it will be charged £20 on top of your groom, please understand this is only to keep my love of this job going

Maisie is the best girl at all her appointments. She is an absolute credit to her Mummy.
