Hey,
We have nine weeks now till Christmas, any cancellations before then please get in touch Via WhatsApp or calling the number above, my last available appointments are on the 1st wèk off December.
If you have missed an appointment in between now and then, please be advised I most likely will not be able to groom your dog, please understand this is a crazy time for all us groomers, and please also understand we are not a doggiecentre, Arrive on time and answer your phone when we ring.
If your dog is matted, I'd advise you to try booking in with a groomer asap. We haven't got a magic wand, but we always try to do our best.

I know it seems a little early guys, but realistically it's only 2 or 3 grooms until Christmas.
Christmas is our busiest time of year, and appointments are extremely limited.
I advise that you book your appointmentat your next session to avoid disappointment.

Hi Folks,

It's only Tuesday and this week alone I have had 6 no shows today and 4 cancellations for tomorrow, I thank those who took time to txt and rebook.
Going forward We are on a VERY strict policy, if you don't commit with your scheduled appointment or at least give 24hours notice, we have the right to cancel all further appointments. There is also a no show fee off 25% off your grooming fee. This must be paid before reschedule.

Please understand I try to accommodate everyone, but when a week like this continues, it affects so much more than an hour with pampering your dog.

Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to pampering your pooches.
