“I just wanted to take a moment to send you both a sincere thank you for the wonderful care you gave Wally this morning. The past few days have felt incredibly overwhelming—it seemed nearly impossible to get him into the pet carrier, with plenty of escapes and more than a few tears. By the time I managed to arrange everything and finally got Wally to you, I was completely frazzled. From the warm welcome we received from the team member who booked us in, to the kindness and reassurance you both showed, I’m truly grateful for your support.
Maxine, you haven’t changed at all—your big hugs and friendly smile still brighten even the most stressful days. Keith, your compassion and expertise continue to impress me, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets. It means so much to us knowing Wally is in such caring and capable hands.
We’re hopeful that Wally will respond well to the tablets, and that we’ll be able to leave for our trip on Thursday, reassured that he’s in the best hands and will be okay. Thank you again for your patience, understanding, and all the care you provide—it truly makes all the difference.
