Clinic Cancellation Policy

To help clinics run smoothly and allow spaces to be offered fairly to other riders, the following cancellation policy applies to all clinics with Miles Equestrian:

▪️ Cancellations made with 7 days or more notice before the clinic date will receive either: a full refund, or a transfer to an alternative clinic date of your choice (subject to availability).
▪️Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic will only receive a refund or transfer if the space can be filled.
▪️ Cancellations made within 48 hours of the clinic will not be eligible for a refund or transfer unless under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

If your place is successfully filled, the appropriate refund or transfer will be arranged.

No-shows or cancellations made after the clinic has started are non-refundable and non-transferable.

❗️ Equine Influenza Update ❗️
Due to the recent increase in reported cases of Equine Influenza, we kindly ask all riders attending clinics and lessons to ensure their horse’s vaccinations are fully up to date before attending.

Please ensure the following before attending clinics:
✅ Horses must be vaccinated in line with current competition guidelines
✅ Please bring your horse’s passport with you to every clinic
✅ Horses should only attend if fit, healthy, and showing no signs of illness
✅ Maintain sensible spacing between horses and avoid nose-to-nose contact where possible

❌ Horses with lapsed, incomplete, or no vaccinations must not attend clinics
❌ Do not bring horses showing any signs of coughing, nasal discharge, temperature, or illness
❌ No grazing horses on site
❌ No unauthorised access to yard or stable areas

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given where horses are unable to attend due to non-compliant vaccinations or forgotten passports.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in helping keep everyone’s horses safe. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us a message prior to your clinic booking.
