Just want to apologise to all customers affected this week and thankyou for being so kind and understanding🥰

What a week! After breaking down Monday and having to get recovered to a garage I was then off the road for Tuesday ready to get back to work Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I broke down again with a van full of dogs after the garage had made a fault with the original fix! This was then fixed again ready to definitely get back to work this morning when I went to leave and found someone had stuck a knife in 2 of my tyres🙃🙃

I have the best customers ever and am very grateful as to how patient you have all been with me this week🥰🥰

I am now on annual leave until Tuesday next week so will see you all when I'm back❤️

Update on my latest post - I HAVE THE VAN BACK🥳🥳🥳🥳 and back on for usual walks tomorrow🥰🥰 relieved is an understatement!

Update: the garage have called this morning and is hoping to be able to fix it by the end of today so should be back to walks as usual tomorrow🤞🏼🤞🏼 will update everyone booked in through message❤️

I am currently waiting for road side assistance to recover the van to a garage😩😩😩 all walks tomorrow have been cancelled and I will advise as the days go on if I am back on the
road☹️

Apologies to every customer I've had to reschedule/ change tomorrow and Tuesday. I absolutely hate this weather and what it does to my schedule, I'm sorry to anyone it's inconvenienced but I just have to put them first, as they say 'a dogs never died from missing one walk but dogs have died from one walk in the heat'🥵. Your dogs health and comfort is my priority always❤️❤️

There is due to be a heat wave this coming week so walks may be altered.
Walks may be earlier, shortened if needed and changed to wee stops if needed.
If you want to cancel please let me know.
I will be in contact with customers to let you all know daily what the plan is.

Update - I have ended up just over 2 hours behind schedule today due to the roadworks. They are continuing for the rest of the week so all walks for the rest of the week may be late. Please bare with me🙏🏼

To today's customers (all 19 of you🫣) pick ups today will be MUCH LATER than planned. There are major road works going on in totton which has GRIDLOCKED the whole of totton. It's currently taken me 1 hour and 40 minutes to drive what should be less than a 5 minute drive, and I'm no where near out yet.

Please bear with me today😣 It had to be on the busiest week I have ever ever ever had! (4 walks and 19 dogs to get done today)😳🫣 xx
