The lovely Sunny ☀️ spent the afternoon with me today
She's a long term client, and now she's my little (big) project dog
In December she was in a miami trim, and now she's more or less in a modern trim
This groom looks so simple, but it's really not 🙈 it's a full hand scissor, with 2 breaks from bath to finished sunny was with me for 4 hours today
Today was about getting some shape in after growing out for so long, there are still so many tweaks to make, so many areas to grow in and change, but we're on the right path (groomers feel free to pm if you have any tips)
I've only ever done this trim once on Thelma - a miniature is A lot different to a standard! 🙈
This doesn't get maintained every 6 weekly, Sunny is in every other week for her maintenance bath and we trim when she's ready
Want a nice wooly coat you gotta put in the graft, massive massive thankyou to her owner for being fab at maintaining her in-between, it's not easy at all!
Excited to see how much more this beauty can teach me 💗 (don't mind my Samsung watch on my ankle 🙈🤣 just so that it doesn't get wet when I'm bathing 👀)
