At Pawfect Grooming Supplies, we strive to guarantee our customer's satisfaction, but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, here's what you do:
Contact our store within 14 days of receipt & provide us with the date of purchase & the reason for returning the item, we will arrange for you to com
e down to the store to return the item. If you are returning the product because you have changed your mind, or the product is not as expected, it must be returned to us unused & in its original packaging. Once we have received & reviewed the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges to Pawfect Grooming Supplies. If the product has been damaged in transit (posted), please let us know within 24 hours & make sure to take photos of the package & the goods upon receipt. If there is obvious damage when delivered, please ask the driver to verify & record the issue. Once reviewed, we will issue a credit or re-ship as needed. If you believe that an item doesn't work or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. It must be returned to us in the original packaging. Once received, we will assess the item & issue a credit or exchange as needed for the full value of the item plus return shipping charges. We do our very best to avoid errors, but if you are sent an incorrect item, we will cover return shipping charges and will replace the item with the correct product, or issue a refund. If you order the incorrect item/size, please advise us within 24 hours & we will exchange the item or issue a credit if preferred. Item must be received unused & in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping for an exchange. We may require additional payment or will issue a refund should there be a difference in the pricing of the item being exchanged. For clippers covered by a manufacturer's warranty please see our Clipper Warranty for additional information as these must be returned to manufacturer to be assessed. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notification. A copy of the purchase receipt must be provided. Refunds will be returned to the debit or credit card used for purchase.
