For 5 days we’ve highlighted 5 long-stay ‘VIP’ cats who together have been with us the equivalent of ✨6 YEARS costing ✨£4,600+

We wanted to say a BIG THANKYOU for your donations of food or money or time because you’ve particularly helped these longer-stay, older, shyer, health challenged, and/or harder to home cats for whom their adoption fee could never ever cover keeping them fed, warm, safe, parasite free, and Vet treated…whatever their needs… until the RIGHT HOME is found… HOWEVER LONG that takes.

So we wanted to take a moment to say again how MUCH your support MEANS to us and the lives of these once homeless, unwanted or neglected little souls. So Thankyou, Thankyou and a million more THANKYOUS.

Twice a year we open our doors for kind supawters to pop in to donate food in purrrrson and say hi to the rescue kitties.

⭐️10 NEW FURRY PURRY GUESTS⭐️
SIX more furry guests have already ‘checked-in’ at ‘Hotel’ Willows. We hope they enjoy their stay with until they’re ready to check-out and head off to their forever homes. We have possible matches in the pipeline for 3 as we speak to potential adopters already interviewed, home-checked and on our waitlist.

We had Mittens and Little Leo neutered week before last, Tilly Tabby and Cinder neutered last week and in recovery still so not ready just yet. Isabel awaits the next neuter slot.

Neutering is sooooo important to stop the cat overpopulation. We thought last year was bad but 2025 is turning out to be even worse. All shelters are feeling the strain.

Thankfully these girls won’t have to endure the stress of giving birth and raising a litter. And little Leo can’t impregnate his sisters (yes this happens in litters left unutered) or any other kitty.

We have FOUR more kitties booked to check-in this week too, taking our ‘Boutique Rescue Kitty Hotel’ to a WAY-OVER-CAPACITY of 45 cats in our care… (with a never ending rescue waitlist).

And so it begins again… Happy Monday!
