I’ve just been sorting a few bits in the garden and thought I’d share this 🙂

📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Hello everyone,

Anyone who knows me personally, knows the last few months of 2025 were some of my hardest - big life changes, grieving and mental health aren’t a pleasant mix to deal with and I have found myself feeling lost again.

Working as a carer is incredibly rewarding and I love every second. However, I have realised the last few months that it’s important I remember to care for myself too, which is something I have neglected. Due to this, I have decided to put more hours in to my business, Moggies and Doggies. I know my passion for animals and their company is something I will massively benefit from over the next months and I need to utilise that. I can’t put in to words how helpful it will be for me to get out the house, visit your gorgeous furry friends and get out for some walks; it’s the push I need to give myself right now. Animals have always been a huge part of my happiness and it’s important I continue to fulfil that part of my life.

My business has been open since 2021 and over those years, I have met some incredible owners and even better pets! I am so grateful for my regulars who have continued to support me and I am now looking to open my client base further. Whether that be for regular dog walks, pet sitting, drop in visits or one off walks, I would love to hear from you.

Due to the nature of me putting more time in to my business, I have also decided to donate a percentage of money to mental health charities and animal rescue charities over the next few months. Both of these causes are close to my heart and it’s important to me to give back where I can. For anybody else currently struggling with mental health, feel free to message if you need somebody to talk to or you’d like to join me on a dog walk; you’re never alone!

For anybody new, here’s a little bit about my qualifications and experience:
- Level 3 Animal Management qualified
- Insured
- Level 3 Feline Studies qualified
- DBS checked
- 9 years of varied experience within employed animal care positions E.g Veterinary assistant, cat rescue
