HGA team fitness training doing the Hadrians Wall walk - the HGA team plus a non HGA team member!!!

Jason getting fit for the upcoming season, Wayne getting fit for his charity walk Trekking the Great Wall of China and Lynn doing her support act - a little walk then go move the car.
