🐔 A few chicken visits this week. They kindly left me eggs in exchange for kale. The owners I left tomatoes for some of their courgettes.

I would like to welcome Debbie and David to the CLM team. They will be covering me for days off which will be weekly, when I'm on holiday and if I'm sick. This means I won't have to work 7 days and less stress for you to find someone in my absence.

Debbie and David live in Belton with their 3 dogs ranging from 2 years to 17 years old. They have previously owned cats and chickens. 🐕🐈‍⬛️🐔

They are both retired and have too much spare time on their hands. Their words not mine. David worked in a managerial role Children's Social Services so has been Enhanced Dbs. He currently is a Funeral Celebrant. Debbie worked in Admin role within the Council so has been basic Dbs checked. They have both taken out insurance. However they aren't insured to transport dogs for taxi or group walks/play dates.

How will it work?
This will start in September. All bookings come through me by messenger. However if you book on my day off it will be processed the following day I am working. I will indicate a week before which day they will cover. They will use keys I have in my possession. Payment to come direct to me. Not much will change just a different person taking your dog out, visit your cat etc.

If you want to meet them beforehand they are very happy to do so.

This is the greedy one Teddy. Will eat all the wet food and not leave any for his brother. For 2 weeks I have been visiting Bear and Teddy's house twice a day. I never saw Bear even when looking for him on my walks. 😫 It appears he was going elsewhere for food. He had us all worried.

Lucky I haven't walked for a while with my injury then Lucky was injured. So excited to be back out on walks.

Lucky and Sky's mum and dad job but zero dogs allowed here. Its not a good environment for them.

🐶 Too hot for a walk this afternoon. 🥵 Briefly in the garden but too hot to sit outside. 🏡 Nice and cool in front of the fan. Flynn being hand fed from his kong so Tibbs, who is on a diet, doesn't eat both. Tibbs had eaten his own but would like more. 😁 🐕
