Today’s water buffet offering this morning:
Celery seed - supports joint mobility, digestion and appetite.
Meadowsweet - supports gastric healthy, soothed acidity in the stomach and soothes joints and muscles,
Nettle - a good source of vitamin C, supports circulation, immune and kidney function, promotes a healthy coat.
Tonight they have all been drunk down to about 1/3 of a bucket left so these are clear favourites!
