Our friendly, knowledgeable team will be happy to help you find what you’re looking for in-store. With plenty of dedicated off-road parking, we want our Kent-based customers to view us as their one-stop-shop for animal feed

Here at the Sandwich store, you will find all things pet and animal! From equine feed and supplements to bedding we have everything to keep your stable fully stocked! We also have a great range of smallholder feed to keep your livestock and poultry happy. You will find an enormous range of pet supplies, feed and accessories for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and caged birds. If we don’t have it in stock, we will do our best to get it for you! (Please note we do not sell animals in store). For the anglers amongst you, we stock an ever expanding range of fishing baits including boilies, particles and pellets along with a small range of tackle box essentials to keep you on the bank for longer. And what would a country store be without plenty of supplies for your garden including wild bird seed, bird feeders, compost, winter fuel and more. Our Branch Manager and the team look forward to welcoming you in store very soon where pets are more than companions… they’re family.

Welcome to the Gladwells Pet & Country Store in Sandwich.

Welcome to the Gladwells Pet & Country Store in Sandwich. You’ll find our store to the south of Sandwich town centre, just off the A256 at Statenborough Farm near Cresswell Nurseries. We’re easily accessible by car, with dedicated off-road parking available next to the store, allowing you to drop in and pick up your pet, poultry or equine supplies with the utmost convenience.

We’re delighted to serve the needs of families with small household pets and horses, as well as farm and business owners with animals in the Sandwich area and throughout south-east Kent. We offer a free local delivery service for all of our customers. To arrange a delivery speak to one of our staff members in store or if you are not visiting, please feel free to phone your order through.

Our store is open six days a week, supplying our valued customers with a range of own-brand products, including:
