🚨 Drop Off & Collection Notice – Please Read 🚨

To keep all dogs calm, safe, and settled in our home environment, we ask that you do not knock on the door on arrival.

🐾 Please text ahead with your drop-off and collection times
🐾 Do your best to stick to these times
🐾 We carefully plan arrivals and departures to avoid multiple dogs crossing over at once

It’s a dog’s natural instinct to bark — but several dogs barking at once can quickly become unsettling for them and unfair on our neighbours. We aim to keep things calm, controlled, and peaceful for everyone.

Having set times also allows for a smooth, structured transition when dropping off or collecting your dog. We can keep the dogs inside settled and calm, knowing exactly when we need to be at the door — avoiding unnecessary disruption or overstimulation.

Over the next few weeks, we are entering our busiest period, so it’s especially important that times are followed as closely as possible so we can keep everything running smoothly and under control.

This isn’t just preference — it’s how we maintain a structured, low-stress environment for every dog in our care.

The glamorous reality of running a dog business… ✨🐾

Behind the cute photos is me wearing yesterday’s shorts, carrying treats in every pocket, finding dog hair in places I didn’t know existed, and wondering why my washing machine is permanently on a “dog towel” cycle.

And because it’s summer… swap the muddy walks for sandy paws, soggy dogs from paddling pools, grass stains, wet towels, and a van that somehow always smells like a dog park. 😂

But jokes aside… every adventure, training session, enrichment activity, and interaction has a purpose.

Because dog care isn’t just about pretty pictures — it’s about creating happy, fulfilled, confident dogs who get the very best from their time with us.

7 day weeks and zero off switch…

Try training dogs, training walks, consultations, running on caffeine, doing 24/7 admin, and working 7 days a week with no switch off with our home boarding dogs. Daycare, walks, home visits & everything in between.

This isn’t a hobby… it’s structure, consistency, early mornings, late nights & dogs that will humble you real quick (especially through the summer months at our busiest when the burnout hits from cleaning the house 9183848 times a day)

But watching dogs go from pulling your arm off → walking calmly
Ignoring you → solid recall
