Had me on pins yesterday while he screamed his way through the appointment 🤣 As you can see, both Tommy & Teddy are the most sociable and friendly boys though.

Them kisses and cuddles are my dose of daily oxytocin, TENFOLD 🥰

Meet Rex 🥰

An anxious nipper, a dryer attacker and to top it off, unpredictable 🤣 I always prepare myself for a cage match with him but today we both jumped out of our skin when a crack of thunder literally blew the gaff to pieces. THEN came the rocks of ice against my groom room window which set him off like firework 🤣

He had only just finished attacking the dryer and calmed down so I just stopped the groom again and reassured while the hail passed. Blades, nervous dogs and hailstones I have found out, do not mix well together 🤓 CARNAGE!

Nails were a no go today leaving him snappy and thrashy and I was GUTTED; it would’ve been the first time he had had absolutely everything done in the one go!

I did manage the scratchy dew claw though that’s inevitable been slashing everyone’s legs 🤣 so still a brilliant appointment (processes completed) for this gorgeous but anxious boy.

His coat on a 7FC blade (scissored legs) looked absolutely stunning in the sun when the storm had passed 🌈

Now I’m not saying the care I received at Whiston Hospital was anything short of outstanding (the things them doctors and nurses have to put up with is INSANE) Every single one of them were absolutely lovely… but there isn’t any medicine better than this for me. My own bed with my lads 🥰

I’m really sorry but I thought I’d be back to work sooner but I have had to take an additional couple of days off. I had a lumbar puncture the weekend and it has knocked me for six I won’t lie.

Ive been referred to a specialist moving forward but need to speak to my health insurance tomorrow as you all well know, not working will drive me BERSERK.

I’ll get this sorted. I’ll keep you updated. I will be back.

I absolutely loved this groom today. Lucky even put a shift in and made her feel less nervous at the beginning of her groom.

She turned up for her appointment just after my brand new scissors arrived and she was an ANGEL for her first ever grooming session!

Kudos to her pawrent Sue for the effort that had gone into her coat. WOW! Well done Sue 🥳
