What a lovely Tuesday seeing some of my favourite faces as well as meeting some new ones 🐾🫶🏻

Lulu came in for a summer refresh

Briley, the little staffie came in for a bath and deshed (and all the cuddles she could get 😂)

Iris and Darcie really kept me on my toes, as this mother and daughter duo came in for their summer cuts too

After a couple of reduced scheduled days, because of the crazy heat wave, I’m please to tell you all that salon is open back as usual from this week!

I’ll be in the salon 08:45-6:30 today for any calls or bookings.

Good morning everyone.

It seems we have been hit with another heat weave. And as much as I’d love to see you all, it’s far to warm to walking your pups or having them in cars in this weather.

I have also tried my best to keep the salon cool enough but it’s still peaking at 24 degrees this afternoon.

This means it’s not safe to groom your babies today.

All appointments booked in today will be rescheduled for this week or early next week.

I apologise, but your dogs safety is my responsibility when they’re with me

Good morning 🌅

Wowza! Aren’t we promised a hot one day 🥵🥵

With temperatures set to be 28 degrees by 11:00, I will only be offering dry cuts today!

No baths or dryers, as the dryer rapidly raises the temp for the dogs as well as in the salon.

If you are booked in today, I will only be doing dry cuts.

Your dogs health is my priority first and foremost 🌞🐾

But just resharing this little post about how the heat can affect our dogs more than a lot of people realise 🌞🫶🏻

Try to walk early morning and late at night, when the temp drops slightly.

Provide plenty of shade and try to encourage your pups to not lay in the sun ☀️

I will be open in the salon today with the air con blasting on full!
