Book now pay end January bookings now open for 2026

I have lots of bookings for 2026 and had to turn cats away in the summer months so it’s worth planning ahead.

You can book your cat(s) and pay the deposit 31 January 2026. Beat any price rises at 2025 prices. The balance will still be due 28 days before the stay and the cancellation policy applies from the making of your deposit.

Previous customers can send me a WhatsApp message unless any of the details for your cat have changed, including any medication changes or any health changes. Do not assume I will medicate your cat unless this has been discussed with me as it depends on how many that are boarding at the time , the temperament of your cat and the type of medication and whether your cat is acutely unwell or chronically stable.

New customers must complete the booking form on the website and in the comments at the bottom put book now pay 31st of January 2026 .

Important note for pet owners ahead of Bonfire Night ⚠️🐶🐱

Classic FM's Pet Classics will broadcast on Wednesday 5 November, 5pm to 9pm, hosted by Dan Walker, with a second programme on Saturday 8 November, 5pm to 9pm, hosted by Charlotte Hawkins. 🙏

Classic FM is partnering with the RSPCA to create the Pet Classics programmes and provide an audio sanctuary for the nation's animals. 🫶

A survey by the RSPCA revealed that almost two-thirds (63%) of animal owners reported their pet was distressed during fireworks season, and that playing relaxing music was the most common way (36%) to help calm or prepare their animal. 🥺

Fireworks around farmland and animal housing

5th of Novemeber which means fireworks 🎆 or in other people case every day leading up to the 5th and beyond!

As much as people enjoy the luxuries of blowing up their money to see pretty colours in the sky can we please bare in mind the discharging of fireworks close to animal catteries and kennels which causes distress to animals is a criminal offence and is enforced by the Animal Welfare Act.

The Animal Welfare Act 2006 states it is an offence to cause any unnecessary suffering to any captive or domestic animal. Government advice is – Fireworks must not be set off near livestock or horses in fields or close to buildings housing livestock. Anyone planning a firework display should warn neighbours in advance.

Section 4 of the AWA 2006 says ……

(1) A person commits an offence if—

(a) an act of his, or a failure of his to act, causes an animal to suffer,

(b) he knew, or ought reasonably to have known, that the act, or failure to act, would have that effect or be likely to do so,

(c) the animal is a protected animal, and

(d) the suffering is unnecessary.

If the fireworks are near a road you can also contact the Highways division of your council and quote the following Source: Explosives Act 1875 Section 161

The offence carries a fine of up to £20,000 and/or a prison term of up to six months. The Act is enforced by local councils, animal health officers and the police.

Please please think of everyone affected, people, animals and emergency workers.
