Sami joins our Bocking team as our new Registered Veterinary Nurse. Having just moved to the area with his wife, Sami’s favourite past time is taking the family dog, Lucy for long walks around the beautiful Braintree area. With a background in the Rehoming and Charity sector, Sami has a real passion for animal welfare and education. Sami offers daily nurse clinics and cannot wait to get to know our wonderful Bocking pets and their owners! Welcome to the team Sami!

Today is a big day for Mr Fu who came in for an ultrasound as a check up following completing his chemotherapy last month! Mr Fu had an uncommon form of cancer and has been visiting us regularly for the past year.

As you're enjoying chocolate eggs, hot cross buns, and spring blooms, remember:

🍫 Chocolate is toxic to pets

🎊 Decorations like sparkly lights, garlands and Easter bauble can be tempting for curious paws

🍰 Simnel cake and other festive treats often contain dried fruits like raisins, currants, or sultanas, which can be toxic to pets

If you're celebrating this weekend, keep these common items out of paw’s reach. If you suspect your pet has eaten something they shouldn’t, call us immediately.

*Important update for our Saffron Walden Clients*
This morning, a car accidentally drove into the side of our building. We’re happy to report no one was hurt. The safety of our clients, patients, and colleagues is of the utmost importance to us, and we are working closely with the relevant people to rectify this issue as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Due to the location of the accident, we are able to continue with all appointments as scheduled. We are awaiting collection of the vehicle later today to keep disruption in the car park to a minimum.
We will keep you updated if there are any further changes, but for now, rest assured your appointments will go ahead as planned. Thank you for your continued support.
