We downgraded our coffee machine and somehow made our coffee even better
After serving us since 2022 our two group machine is officially retired. In its place a single group La Marzocco now running the show
The difference is unreal. Consistency on another level. Every shot dialled in and hitting just right

The coffee industry is changing.
We headed down to and came away quietly pleased. Lots of genuinely great coffee, more openness, and people who seem happy to share what they’re doing.
Also good to see a broader mix of people across the board. Feels like things are moving in a good direction.
If you get the chance, it’s well worth a visit.

The caddy’s had a glow-up.
Out with the old, in with something seriously special. Truth is, she’s been a bit overlooked lately… but not anymore. She’s now running one of the best machines in our lineup.
Same beast we use in the shop, basically just cut in half. Fast, reliable, and ready to chew through queues without breaking a sweat.
And yeah… just look at it.
