🌡️ ANOTHER HEATWAVE?! 🥵🔥

Just when we thought we were done with the hot weather… apparently not! 😩

With another heatwave on the way, the safety and wellbeing of the dogs will always come first. During particularly hot periods, walks may need to be shortened, adjusted to cooler times, or replaced with garden/toilet breaks depending on the weather and each dog’s individual needs.

Where appropriate, drop-ins may also be offered instead of walks, so the pups can still get some attention, enrichment, food/water and toilet time without being out in unsafe temperatures. 🐾❤️

Please bear with me if services look a little different over the next few days. I’d much rather have a slightly grumpy dog who has had a shorter walk than a poorly dog who has been pushed too far in the heat! 😅

Stay cool everyone — and fingers crossed this heatwave doesn’t hang around for too long! 🥵☀️

Head over to 1 Camborne Close, Brookvale, WA7 6AZ, where there is a lovely bake sale and raffle taking place in support of Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity. 🧁🎟️

There are so many lovely raffle prizes to be won, along with lots of delicious bakes! 🍰✨

All donations will go directly to the charity, so please come along, enjoy some treats, enter the raffle and help support a wonderful cause.

I couldn’t be happier that the weather is finally cooling down. I’ve also discovered a lovely little spot with plenty of shaded areas, making it the perfect place to give the dogs the safest and most enjoyable walkies, even when the temperatures are higher than usual.

Everyone, please give a warm welcome to the newest member of our pack… Ed! 🐾

Ed is a beautiful lilac and tan pedigree Jack Russell with the sweetest little personality. He was absolutely amazing on his very first walk with us today! 💙

He loves both dogs and people, and he’s the cutest little thing. We can’t wait for all of our regulars to get to know him! 🐶✨

One of the questions I get asked a lot is, “Why haven’t you hired anyone yet?”

The answer is simple: the dogs in my care aren’t just appointments in my diary—they’re treated like they’re my own.

When your dog stays with me, I know exactly how they’re being cared for because I’m the one doing it. I know their routines, their quirks, what makes them happy, and what they need to feel safe and comfortable. I can’t guarantee someone else would give them the same level of care, patience, and attention that I do.

For me, it’s never been about growing as quickly as possible. It’s about making sure every dog gets the very best care, every single time. I’d rather keep things personal and know that each dog is receiving the love, attention, and care they deserve than expand before I can confidently maintain those standards.

Your trust means everything to me, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. That’s why, for now, you’ll continue to see me caring for every dog myself.

Quality will always come before quantity. ❤️🐾
