No dog ever died from missing one walk ⚠️

With highs of 31 degrees expected this week, it's vital to make these checks before walking your dog.

If the pavement is too hot for your hand for five seconds, it's definitely too hot for paws. While the weather is hot, opt for walks at dusk and dawn to avoid burnt paw pads and heatstroke.

And remember. If in doubt, don't go out.

BE AWARE.. these little Devils have spikes and are out to pe*****te your dogs skin, paws pads & webbs, nail beds, eyes, mouths gums, ears, basically anywhere. (2 reported ear surgeries to remove from ears this week alone)
You need to brush then fine comb & visually inspect after each grassy area.. which of course none of you will be walking them out in this heat 🙏
