been a bit quiet — not mysterious, just deep in the family-life Olympics (events include emotional gymnastics + freestyle overthinking).
life lately = swimming between islands, no map, questionable strokes, but good people yelling encouragement from inflatable flamingos 🏝️💦

here’s a few slices of the madness: swansea half “fun” (jury’s out), sweaty runs with mates, dancing like rent’s due, and dogs — because obviously they run the show 🐶✨
sprinkled chaos, served with love.
