✨ Nimbo the Pom – looking sharp as ever! ✨

Little Nimbo popped in for his regular scissor cut and style, and as always, he was an absolute superstar on the grooming table. Pomeranians have such wonderfully fluffy coats, and keeping them in a tidy, well-structured shape really helps maintain that classic Pom look while keeping their coat healthy and manageable.

Nimbo’s groom included:
✂️ A full scissor tidy to shape his coat
🧼 A gentle wash to keep his fur soft and clean
🐾 A check-over to make sure he’s looking and feeling his best

He strutted out of the salon looking like a tiny, golden cloud — perfectly trimmed and full of character. We always love having him in!

Isla popped in to The Cornish Dog Barber today for her regular scissor cut and style, and as always, she was an absolute sweetheart.

Golden Retrievers can grow a lot of feathering and fluff between appointments, so regular tidy-ups like Isla’s help keep their coat manageable, healthy, and beautifully shaped — especially around the chest, trousers, and tail.

She left the salon looking soft, shapely, and totally gorgeous… and with plenty of tail wags to spare! 💛

Gracie the Jack Russell popped in for her regular clip and scissor tidy today 🐾✂️ She honestly melts our hearts every single visit. She knows the routine now and settles in beautifully, which makes her grooms such a joy 💛

Keeping up with regular grooms like Gracie’s helps maintain her coat shape, keep her skin healthy and make sure those nails stay nicely trimmed too 🧼🦴 Even short-coated breeds benefit from a good bath, dead hair removal and a spruce up to keep them looking and feeling their best 🌟

Say hello to Frankie! This lovely lad came in for a full hand scissor groom, which really lets us show off that beautiful poodle shape. Hand sc******ng takes time, skill, and patience — but the finish is always worth it… and just look at him! 😍✂️

Frankie was an absolute star on the table today. Calm, sweet, and so trusting — we loved every moment of pampering him. His coat is now neatly shaped, fluffy, and ready to turn heads on his adventures around Cornwall. 🌊🌿

To help make her first grooming experience extra positive, her mum brought along a licky mat with some tasty treats 🦴😍 — a brilliant way to help puppies relax and build happy associations with grooming from the start!

Fig was an absolute little star 🌟 and took everything in her stride. Starting early with gentle, positive introductions like this sets puppies up for a lifetime of stress-free grooms 🐶✂️

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Arnie the St Bernard to the salon for the very first time this week 🥰

Just look at that incredible before and after colour difference 👀🤍
We used Peanut and Pickle’s Dazzle & Shine Whitening Shampoo on his white areas to really brighten and lift his coat — and the results speak for themselves! ✨🫧

Arnie was such a gentle giant and took his pamper in his stride 🐻💛
We’re thrilled to say he’s now booked in every month going forward, so he can keep looking (and smelling!) his best all year round 🛁🐶

Handsome Teddy came in for his regular scissor cut and style, and doesn’t he look fantastic? 🧼✂️

We’ve been grooming Teddy since he was a tiny pup, and it’s been such a joy watching him grow and settle into his grooming routine over time. Regular visits from a young age really help build trust and make each appointment a positive experience 🐶💛

📅 Keeping up with regular appointments keeps his coat in top condition and maintains that perfectly polished look he’s known for!
