Cancellation policy still stands. Less than 48 hours notice 50% charge, less than 24hours notice 100% charge. To protect my business, Time and family.

I will be in contact if I feel conditions are not safe for your dog, and each dog will be assessed individually! So please don’t be offended if I cancel your dogs appointment but remain open! Every dog breed is different and other factors like age, health and coat condition will also factor in.

Please check the page; messages and pms before you travel to me to make sure your appointment hasn’t been rearranged.

Appologies to anyone I’ve missed rebooking in! Please message me, I’m a busy mum and things do slip my mind! I won’t feel pestered if you message again! I’ll appreciate it to jog my memory.
