🐾❄️ Cold Weather Pet Safety Reminder! ❄️🐾

As temperatures drop, our furry friends need a little extra care to stay safe and comfortable!

Here’s some winter tips ❄️

✨ Keep them warm: Limit outdoor time and consider a cozy sweater or jacket for short-haired pets.

✨ Protect those paws: Ice, salt, and cold pavement can irritate paw pads. Wipe paws after walks and use pet-safe paw balm when needed.

✨ Watch for shivers: Shaking, whining, or slowing down outdoors can be signs your pet is too cold.

✨ Safe shelter: Outdoor pets need insulated, dry, draft-free housing—and plenty of fresh, unfrozen water.

✨ Senior & special-care pets: Arthritis and other conditions can worsen in cold weather. Heat pads are a great option & many can be set on timed functions
