Biscoff the bunny came in to see us back in April for his first healthcheck and vaccinations with vet Hannah who couldn't resist a cuddle 🩷 Biscoff was back in today for vet Hannah to check that he is in fact a he, something that is always a little tricky to tell in rabbits when they are very young! As you can see he has grown quite a bit in the last 4 weeks!

Mollie came in for her first health check with vet Hannah this morning and brought a little friend with her! Can anybody guess what it is we found under the microscope?
Look in the comments and you can see Mollie was totally relaxed throughout the whole experience and enjoyed a little snooze on the table afterwards ❤️

We’re expecting some hot weather this week. If it feels warm to you, it’s even hotter for your dog.

Skipping a walk is always the safer choice when it’s too hot. No dog has ever been harmed by missing one, but heatstroke can be deadly.

***WE ARE HAVING WORKS DONE***
We will be having a small portacabin installed outside the practice tomorrow morning - this is as an extension to the practice to give us another working consultation room! We will need the forecourt kept clear from close of business this evening, the cabin should be in place and transport company cleared by the time we open again tomorrow but please bare with us in the event things are delayed!
Unfortunately this may cause some disruption for the next week whilst all facilities are being installed and parking will be restricted at times, we will do our best to keep disruption to a minimum.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

⚠️ Tick season is here – time to check your dog. Ticks love to hide in warm, hard-to-spot places. After every walk, give your dog a once-over, and pay extra attention to their ears, armpits, and between their toes.

Or keep pests at bay without the hassle with Pet Health Club. Our members enjoy year-round flea, worm, and tick treatment, so join today.

⚠️ Contagious cough (also known as Kennel cough) is widespread, distressing and highly contagious ⚠️

Cases are seen frequently in unvaccinated dogs, caught from anywhere other dogs explore; the park, daycare, training classes, shared water bowls outside shops...

Yearly vaccination throughout life is the best way to protect your dog and reduce the spread. Check with your vet today if your dog’s vaccinations are up to date.

Don’t delay! Book your dog in for their vaccination by visiting our website.
