To Anyone who messages me on here please DO NOT. !
! I answer your messages and you don’t respond for days I find it time wasting for both parties just text me or call please
if I can help you I need to know what area you are in firstly as I do different areas on different days
What breed you have and the dogs need to be up to date on there inoculations and have NO fleas I do Not groom dogs with fleas it’s unfair to dogs in van after yours and the clean up is costly in time and supplies ,
DO not contact me if you have nowhere safe for me to park and plug into electric

This is not a easy post to write but can I please please ask all my clients to remember I’m a small business, if you book a appointment for more than one dog I allocate that time to you so if I then turn up and it’s not needed you will be charged, all I ask is a 24 hour notice to cancel, I would not expect to have a dental appointment and not pay for a no show , I nearly always text reminders to you so please give me some respect and let me know 24 hours before , on the day cancellation if unmitigated circumstances I can understand and deal with accordingly Thank-you for your time as it’s precious like mine !

All clients should have received there grooming dates for 2023 if you have not replied to my text I will be reallocating these dates to clients on my waitlist .unfortunately it has taken me over a week to sort this all out and I’m now out of dates , please reply to me by end of day tomorrow Friday please a simple I’m looking into it is fine Thank you !

Please be a aware there will be no appointments available for after the first weekend in March- April 6 th I will try and accommodate everyone before and after .
