🐾 A Week Full of Wagging Tails and Purring Patients 🐶🐱
We’ve had some adorable visitors lately! Here are a few of our brave (and very photogenic!) patients recently for checkups, vaccinations, and cuddles. 💉💗

Every pet has a story, and we’re grateful to be part of theirs. 🩺🐾

🍁🎃 Spooky-Sweet Patient Spotlight 🎃🍁

This little pumpkin came in for her spay, and she did amazing! 🧡 Spaying not only helps prevent surprise litters, but also protects female rabbits from scary health issues like uterine cancer one of the most common conditions we see in unspayed bunnies.

After surgery, she hopped right back into the spirit of the season… with her favorite broomstick! 🧹🐇 Looks like she’s practicing to be the tiniest witch on the block. 🪄✨

Her post-op care includes:
🍂 Making sure she’s eating and pooping normally.
🍂 Keeping her cozy and stress-free while she heals.
🍂 Offering tasty hay, leafy greens, and enrichment to keep her spirits high.
🍂 Watching her incision closely for a smooth recovery.

We’re so proud of our brave little “Hoppy Halloween” patient and we think she rocks the broomstick look perfectly! 🐇💜🎃

This Rottweiler X Dachshund puppy came in today for his first health check and absolutely charmed the whole team. Full of confidence, tail nonstop he was the perfect little patient! 💛

Beautiful blue staffy Luna came in this morning for her 2nd vaccination and she absolutely stole the show. She sat perfectly on the scales like the little professional she is 💙🐾

These handsome boys popped in today for Ronnie’s nail trim and were absolute stars ⭐️

As the leaves fall and the air turns crisp, don’t forget to keep your furry friends safe from these autumn dangers:

🍫 Chocolate & Halloween treats – Toxic to pets! Keep sweet bowls out of reach.
🍄 Mushrooms – Some wild mushrooms are highly poisonous. Supervise outdoor playtime.
🌰 Acorns & conkers – These can cause tummy troubles or blockages if eaten.
🚗 Antifreeze – Sweet-tasting but deadly; store it securely and clean spills immediately.
🔥 Bonfires & candles – Curious noses and tails don’t mix with open flames!
🍂 Cold weather – Older pets and short-haired breeds may need extra warmth.

👩‍⚕️ Tip: If your pet shows signs of illness or has eaten something suspicious, contact your vet immediately.

🐾 Meet Buster

This handsome boy came in with a growth on his gum called an epulis. Epulides are benign tumors that can develop from the tissue supporting the teeth. While they aren’t usually cancerous, they can cause discomfort, interfere with chewing, and sometimes grow quickly.

Buster’s epulis was carefully removed under general anesthesia. We also performed a thorough dental cleaning while he was asleep to keep his mouth in tip-top shape. Surgery went smoothly, and Buster was up and wagging his tail shortly after recovery. 🩵

It’s been a busy couple of weeks here, and we’ve been absolutely spoiled with cuteness! From wiggly pups to purring kittens, our exam rooms have been full of love, fur, and happy tail wags (and maybe a little drool 💦).
