cats,rabbits,birds,reptiles,most pets can be cared for in your home and guinea pigs ,rabbits and rodents can come and stay at our home. Security is important to us so we have plain vehicles with no advertising on them so not to advertise that your not home. ALL BOARDING BUNNIES MUST

BE VACCINATED , Boarding fees are per day regardless of the time your pet arrives and departs. Can we remind boarding clients
To bring your pet in a secure carrier not cardboard box and label it with yours and your pets name . Also to bring enough eating hay ,dry food and veggies for your pets stay. If you wish for us to provide hay and veg there is an extra charge of £1 a day. Balance to be paid in cash on arrival or day before by bank transfer. When you arrive on marina grove please park at the end of the street or outside our property only please do not park at anyone elses property. We have had neighbours complaining of driveways being blocked and we dont want any one upset. Also if you are delayed please let us know asap as we may need to reschedule. We allocate you a time so we can deal with one client at once also to allow us time to settle pets into their holiday home. Thanks Chris and Martin

💭🤔 Dropping off and picking up !
Please arrive at the appointment time given to you as we only attend to one client at a time so we can chat about any additional needs you may have for your pets and it also gives me time to settle them before the next client arrives. Collection time also arrive on time as we start getting your pets ready for you few minutes before and don't want them to be in their carriers any longer than they have to be .
We charge per day regardless of time you arrive and time you collect. We ask that collection is no later than 6pm or you may have to pay for another day.
