Morning everyone! Just a polite reminder about a couple of important things please ❤️
1.Please remember to bring vaccination cards for every stay
2. We do charge for every day of your pets stay with us, regardless of if you come back early,as we cannot use that chalet at such short notice
3. Please stick to our opening times as we are a family run business and because of security too, we need to make sure we know who’s walking in the gates!
4. If you have to cancel for whatever reason, please, please let us know. We have had a couple that have just not turned up and then won’t answer when we try to contact them.
Thank you all so much for your understanding and valued custom, we will remain giving your cats and pets the BEST stay possible❤️❤️
