In the rush to get to hospital i didnt bring my diary so I cant get ahold of people individually to let them know I cant come in to work so please help spread the word, or better still if anyone walks past the shop maybe try to leave a note (good luck in Portlad wind, i know) saying closed due to illness.

I am so sorry everyone. My cystic colitus is back in full force. Had to cancel alot of your appointments this week and its likely ill be cancelling the ones next week BUT miracles can happen and I could be up and about by Tuesday!
