Dental issues in cats are extremely common as they age; unfortunately, they can be expensive to treat when issues arise. But the good news is that there are many things you can do to help keep their teeth in good shape. A healthy diet, regular vet checks, and slowly introducing brushing their teeth all help. Handsome 11 year old Freddie is looking for his forever home. Freddie is a cuddly cat and has got a lot of affection to give, as long as it's on his terms. You'll need to be an experienced cat owner to read him. He's enjoying play time now and showing his fun side. Freddie came into care through no fault of his own, after his owner sadly passed away. He is currently an indoor only cat but might enjoy a catio or a very safe garden. He is healthy and clean with his tray. Can you offer Freddie his retirement home?

Please offer Bindy the home she deserves 💜

Appeal for Bindy 😻

Bindy’s story is one of resilience and transformation. When she first arrived in our care, she was clearly overwhelmed by the stresses of living in a busy multi-cat environment, displaying signs of anxiety such as excessive fur licking and trembling like a leaf. Through dedicated support and gentle intervention, Bindy has blossomed into a friendly and outgoing three-year-old, with her lovely coat now showing remarkable regrowth.

Bindy’s previous anxiety stemmed from living with multiple cats, so she is best suited to a single-cat household where she can truly relax and thrive. She loves having access to the outdoors and is a bundle of energy during play sessions, delighting in “zoomies” and climbing adventures. During the early days, it’s important to watch all exits closely, as Bindy’s curiosity and zest for exploration are boundless.

Once Bindy feels comfortable in her new surroundings, she reveals her affectionate and loving nature. Her favourite perch is an old cardboard box from which she can keep a watchful eye on her human, especially when she’s not dashing about the house. She cherishes close connections and will reward patience and care with loyal companionship and sweet moments of affection.

Bindy is a special cat who has overcome significant challenges and is ready to start a new, happier chapter in her life. She’ll thrive with an adopter who can offer patience, understanding, and consistent care, and in return, Bindy will give her heart and affection. If you’re seeking a devoted companion and are able to support her unique needs, Bindy could be the perfect addition to your home.

Ace has only received one enquiry since he went up for adoption and we can't understand why. Please consider this handsome boy 😻

Ace is a handsome young feline with a gentle soul and a heart full of love just waiting to be rediscovered. After losing everything he once knew, it’s taken him a little time to find his footing again—but with patience and kindness, Ace has begun to open up and show his true, affectionate nature.

Now, he’s ready to continue that journey in a place he can finally call home. Ace needs someone who understands that trust takes time but is deeply rewarding. Once he feels safe, he absolutely adores companionship.

Ace has shown a preference for female carers. He would like a safe garden where he can explore. He’s not asking for much—just a patient human, a cosy spot to rest, and the chance to truly belong again.

Could you be the one to give Ace his happy ever after?
Sorry can't be homed in the Devonport area.

Ace would like to be the only pet in your home, as he doesn't want to share you and he'll be fine if you have to go out to work.
