12 missed calls and only 1 message😫
6 of those were before we even opened this morning😮‍💨

If you don't leave us a message, we won't get back to you...apologies, but we haven't got the time to go through and ring back every missed call.

Whilst we understand it's frustrating when we don't answer, please remember we have a cattery full of furr babies that are our priority.

Some days we'll have a full team of staff outside and Julie can be inside doing all the admin...(rather her than me😬) so calls do get answered quickly.
Some days there may be only one member of staff on shift that is able to answer calls and help, but is also essential in the everyday running of the cattery.

Some days we may have a ridiculous amount of customers which means we simply can't get to the phone...

And some days...well, some days there may be an emergency, a poorly cat for instance...and answering that phonecall holds no importance in comparison!!

I guess what I'm trying to say is, just leave us a bloomin' message will ya!!🙈😂

(P.s please don't tell us that you've tried ringing loads of times and didn't get through...because our response will always be, 'well, did you leave a message?) 😇😉😂
