Floating Pond Lettuce is now back in stock!! ☘️
Water lettuce (Pistia Stratiotes) is a very popular floating plant for a pond. They are great for coverage and spread well through the summer months. However, they are not frost hardy, so we recommend bringing them inside over winter e.g. a green house.

3-4" Premium Oranda's. 😍
These Oranda's are probably one of the most beautiful batch we have ever had here at Waterside Aquatics. We have a mixture of Red & Black's, and Panda Oranda available. 😍

White Axolotl's. 🐟

What are Axolotl's? 🤔
Axolotl's are paedomorphic salamander closely related to the tiger salamander. It is unusual among amphibians in that it reaches adulthood without undergoing metamorphosis.
They are a cold water species and can only go with each other. Their diet consists of Bloodworm, or an Axolotl pellet.

We are open!! 🐟
After 4 months of hard work, we have finally re-opened. We are so happy with how the shop is looking and we cannot wait to welcome our customers back.

A massive thank you to Joe at Aquarium Composition for the refit of our new tropical systems. How good do they look?! 😍🐟

We are getting closer & closer to re-opening our doors - our official re-opening date is Saturday 4th May!! 🐟

One of the biggest jobs that's still in process throughout the entire garden centre is completely re-stocking each department - but our team is on it. 💪

NOT LONG NOW! We can't wait to see you all again very soon. 😃

Words cannot express how happy we are here in Aquatics to see some familiar faces back into our store. 🐟

💦 We've added some Molly Fish to our tropical systems, and some Ghost Koi to our new pond vats.
💦 This is to help cycle the water, and gradually more fish will be added through the week ready for when our doors reopen!

Aquatics Update: 👨‍🔧👩‍🎨
☑️ We have had new walls fitted into the shop & we are just waiting on a couple more to be fitted.
☑️ Whilst the last couple of walls are being fitted, we have been busy priming & coating the new walls with a new shade of Bluey/Grey paint.

We can expect carpet to be here & fitted soon, then our new aquariums will come afterwards. 🤞
