💙🐾 OUR BRAVE BOY, BILLINGTON 🐾💙
We wanted to give everyone an update on our gorgeous old gentleman… and what a wonderful update it is.
Our little soldier has now had his operation, and we are over the moon to say he has healed beautifully. 💙
At his age, every decision we make is carefully considered. We never take unnecessary risks, and we only ever choose what we truly believe is in Billy’s best interests. We worried, we hoped, and we held our breath… but once again, our amazing boy showed us just how much fight he still has left in him.
The two masses were successfully removed during his neutering, and he has recovered so well. Seeing him back to enjoying life, surrounded by love in his wonderful foster home, is everything we could have wished for.
Billy may be an old boy, but his spirit is incredible. He reminds us every single day that age is just a number and that every dog deserves the chance to be loved, cherished and given the very best care right until the very end.
As always, Billy remains under the wings of Little Angels Staffie Rescue. We continue to provide his food, support his foster family, and ensure he receives all the veterinary care he needs for the rest of his life.
His treatment came to £296, and while every single penny was worth it to see our beautiful boy comfortable and healing, it is another cost our little rescue has had to cover.
