So, so proud of these dogs in my reactive group. It is only week 2 and already these guys are relaxing. 3 of these dogs have met on walks before which has resulted in words being exhanged.....today no problem.
Looking forward to seeing their development.

This morning at 9 am we are saying goodbye to Pebbles. Seems so unfair as she is loving all the space she has now exploring the fields but I am glad she got to experience it.
I always remember any dogs that leave us but today can we send prayers for a peaceful journey over the rainbow bridge for a very sweet cat.

As we continue to live in a country that has dog attacks continuously rising this is a gentle reminder to those people that simply don't care, prefer to have their heads in their phones or socialise with their friends rather than watch their dogs.
Off lead dogs MUST be under your control!!

Today's opening reactive session. All dogs were kept at maximum distance apart for their first class, simply learning to relax with dogs at a safe distance. As the weeks progress the group will get closer and closer until we are together. That is our end goal but step by step.

Every single 121 appointment I am booking at the moment is for a reactive dog. I can't say this loud enough.......owners need to understand their dogs much better. Reactivity can't be helped sometimes if a dog experiences a trauma but most cases are due to owners not fully understanding what a well socialised dog is and continuously putting them in situations they are not capable coping with.
