It’s been a while since I had some fun with this little furball, and as ever he didn’t disappoint! 🥰 We headed to the championships with a brilliant team from the . Phoenix was clear in the first and second rounds, we had a very quick time but just rolled a pole in the third round which cost us 3rd, but overall finished 14th/122 and helped the team to secure 10th 🙌🏻🏅
He’s jumping amazingly as ever in his Chibera O which suits his massive shoulders and short back 💚

Bicester Team Chase was such a great day out 😍 Paddy was of course in his element and led our awesome team clear to finish in a quick time.
The bigger hedges look like great fun so think we will have a go doing a bigger team chase after the end of the event season! 🏇🏻

Paddy jumped brilliantly around the 1.10 at Dallas Burston yesterday 💙 Just rubbed one pole, but overall he is jumping so much more carefully which is something we have worked continually towards with the unwavering help from 🙌🏻
We are all set to do our first run of the year this Sunday at Oxstalls in the BE105, then will be having a bit of fun in April with a team chase and hunter trial before having a go around some 1.15/1.20 BS tracks 🫣🤩

Paddy was the best boy jumping round the 1m and his first 1.10 at 🐴 He gave me lovely smooth super responsive rounds, just a couple poles down where I got a bit stiff seeing the height of the jump off 🫣😂
We are heading to Addington on Wednesday to jump a couple more 1.10 rounds, then back to Bury on Thursday for the 1m & 1.10 again before he has his winter break ❄️

Paddy and I had great fun at our first team chase together 🏇🏻 Definitely his cup of tea! 🔥

West Wilts was great fun with Paddy in the BE100 and Phoenix in the BE90. Paddy did a really good dressage test for 30 (mum circled in the wrong place though so +2 🤦🏻‍♀️), and Phoenix did a correct but slightly excited test for 35.8. Paddy felt the best he’s ever felt jumping but frustratingly just breathed on a couple poles. Phoenix was jumping super as well, just slightly off an oxer so picked up 4 and 6 time for circling to represent. Both boys then went clear inside the time XC on a testing track with skinnies straight after galloping fences so was great to feel both boys keeping their lines with ease.
Phoenix is off the Blenheim next week to do the 90 eventer challenge, and Paddy will be doing the 100 and 110 eventer challenge at Aston in a few weeks 🐴
Thanks to super groom .equestrian_phoenix for helping and as always massive thanks to for the support on our journey together 🏇🏻

Wellington International was great fun as always with Paddy in the BE100 (very jealous not to be doing the 1* but .equestrian_phoenix made missing it worthwhile 😉🏆). He posted a nice dressage for 31.8, only 0.3 behind Tim Price who went before us so couldn’t be happier! Nothing more nerve wracking than riding after an Olympian 😂 He was VERY hyper show jumping rolling a couple poles, but posted another foot perfect clear inside the time on a very big and testing XC track, as always making it feel easy 🙌🏻
Off to camp with next weekend and then West Wilts BE with both boys in a couple weeks 🏇🏻As always I feel lucky to even be able to ride and compete no matter the result, and am forever grateful to Paddy for always bringing me home safe and with a massive smile on my face! 🥰

I can’t put into words how proud I am of both Chloe and Phoenix this weekend at the Championships 🤩 They absolutely smashed every single aspect of it with a PB dressage and 5/5 clear jumping rounds to come home as Team Show Jumping Champions yesterday 🏆 and Individual Eventing Champions today! 🏆 Finishing on a 30 double clear around a challenging championship XC course that caused a lot of problems 🏇🏻 They were both so calm and mature, and apart from the torrential rain, soggy feet and snoring 😂 we all had a fantastic time!
A massive congratulations is also in order for the rest of the riders for some outstanding results across the board 🙌🏻 Bring on next year! (And some sleep 😅) equestrian_phoenix

Aston was a blast to do Phoenix’s first BE90 and Paddy in the BE100. Phoenix did a lovely test with one small mistake for 33.5. Two poles at the start of the round jumping, don’t think he’d woken up but after a bop on the bum he got flying. Finished off by an AMAZING foot perfect clear inside the time XC 🥳🤩 he finished 12th overall which I’m so proud of! 😍
Paddy copied Phoenix to finish on 33.8, two poles jumping, one from him and one from me 🤦🏻‍♀️ then another easy clear inside the time XC 🥰 We will be moving up to some 1.05/1*’s next year as unfortunately cant make the dates for any remaining ones this year. Something to look forwards to! 💪🏻
Both the boys are showing off their beautiful Devoucoux saddles 😍 Paddy wears the Chiberta Lab, and Phoenix wears the Chiberta O 💚
