A True Home from Home 🐾
Lisa looked after my dogs during my daughter's wedding weekend in Oxford, and the experience was flawless. On Sunday morning, one of my dogs didn't even want to come home, which perfectly sums up the incredible care at Hearts & Hounds.
It is truly a family affair; Lisa is fantastic, and her two children are also brilliant, spending hours entertaining and playing with my dogs. When my puppy care fell through at the last minute, Lisa stepped up without hesitation, even arranging for her husband to bring my youngest dog into Oxford to accommodate the change.
The dogs enjoyed a massive garden and the full run of the downstairs. Since we don't use crates, it was a huge relief that they were welcomed onto the sofas for snuggles just like they are at home. Lisa’s attention to detail is unmatched; she used the comprehensive profiles I provided to ensure their dietary needs and personalities were respected. The frequent photo and video updates allowed me to stop worrying and fully enjoy the wedding. I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough – she is professional, accommodating, and clearly loves what she does. I would book her again in a heartbeat!
