Morning all,
Appointments from 11am onwards today will be changed to toilet breaks. I have been out all morning and it’s far too hot for the majority of my clients now at 22 degrees.
I will review again tomorrow and let you all know. Sorry for any inconvenience and hope you all enjoy this hot weather 🥵 Thanks 🙂 xx

With the hot weather approaching 🥵 some walks may be a little shorter than normal, or changed to toilet breaks. Each dog will be different, so I will be letting owners know of any changes to those affected.
Have fun in the sun, but please keep safe ☀️

Hope you’re all keeping well.

I will not be working the first week in August, due to it being Pony Camp with the girls and ponies.

My last working day will be Friday 1st Aug, then I will be off until Monday 11th Aug.

I will remind you all again nearer the time, along with my annual family holiday Sept/October time.

Hi everyone,

I am really sorry but I am going to have to postpone morning appointments tomorrow, due to my car having to be taken in the garage today and not being ready this evening 🤦‍♀️ It should be done at some point tomorrow, but upto now I am not sure what time that will be. I will update everyone in the morning regarding changes in times or cancellations if need be.
Really sorry for the inconvenience this will cause 😩

I will not be working during the May half term this year I’m afraid.
My last working day will be Friday 23rd May, then my first day back will be Tuesday 3rd June.

I will also be away later in the year for our annual family holiday. These dates will be 26th September to 21st October. I will also remind clients of these dates nearer the time, Thankyou 🙂 x

Here's why your dog hates certain things.

Your dog doesn't like black dogs because they see things on a blue-yellow colour spectrum. Black dogs, in general, just look like eyes and teeth.

Your dog doesn't like German Shepherds/Huskies/Malamutes because their ears are pointed upright, and that can be a sign of confrontation. Most of these dogs also have darker faces.

Your dog doesn't like French Bulldogs because their bulbous eyes can showcase they're anxious when they're not, their ears are pointed upright and their breathing can sound like growling. They also don't have tails that cover their a**l glands, so they're constantly spreading social scents that dogs can interpret as rude (think of the really loud aggressive guy at the pub).

Your dog doesn't like men because men tend to be taller, wear darker clothing and dogs are less likely to have interactions with men as a puppy than they are women or children. They will also have specific associations with their scent too.

Your dog doesn't like children because they are unpredictable - one minute they are still, the next minute they are not! Their movements are jerky, difficult to follow and can be scary. Plus they make a lot of noise!

We’ve got so many aviaries that need completing, and the more we can build, the more birds we can rescue and give a second chance to.

If you or anyone you know has any spare building materials lying around. Whether it’s leftover wood, concrete, wire mesh, drainage pipes, sand, clean stone or anything else construction-related, we’d be incredibly grateful.

Can be from a personal project or local business that might be willing to donate or offer materials at a discount - every little bit helps💚

There's so much that goes into building a proper aviary as we need foundations, drainage and secure structure.
