People say dogs can smile… and maybe they can.
But if you really want to know how a dog is feeling, look into their eyes. 👀🐶
A wagging tail can mean many things. A mouth can look like it’s smiling. But their eyes can tell you so much — excitement, trust, uncertainty, love, focus or simply pure happiness.
When you spend every day around dogs, you start noticing the little things.
Sometimes they don’t need a voice to tell you they’re happy.

Sky is a stunning Belgian Malinois who holidays with us a couple of times every year — so she’s very much part of the Day2Day family now. ❤️

The Belgian Malinois also happens to be Mike’s second-favourite breed, and when you look at Sky, it’s easy to see why!

She’s intelligent, focused, full of character and she definitely knows how to strike a pose! 😍📸

Some dogs make taking the perfect photo difficult…

Sky makes it impossible to take a bad one. 🐕🔥

💙 JUST A LITTLE MESSAGE TO ALL OUR YOUNGER FOLLOWERS… 💙

If you didn’t get the GCSEs you wanted — or you’re worried about what your future looks like — please don’t think your life is already mapped out by a piece of paper.

Mike left school with NO GCSEs.
😂 Probably spent more time in detention than in lessons!

He has ADHD, autism and a speech stammer, and school definitely wasn’t where he shined.

But years later, he’s running a very successful business, employing 5 staff , building something he’s proud of and still dreaming bigger.

Your school results do not have to define the rest of your life.

You’re young. You’ve got time.

Find something you love.
Have a dream.
Work hard.
Make mistakes.
Learn as you go.
And DON’T GIVE UP. 💪

Some people find their path in a classroom.
Some of us have to make our own path.

No GCSEs doesn’t mean no future. ❤️

Dream big and follow it. 🐾💙

🚨🐾 DAYCARE CLOSED – IMPORTANT UPDATE 🐾🚨

Unfortunately, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close daycare today.

Following the heavy rain overnight, we’ve suffered a roof leak in our main playroom, which has caused water damage and resulted in us losing some ceiling tiles.

The safety of every dog in our care will always come first, and until the area is completely safe, we simply can’t take any risks.

🔨 The good news: we currently have a roofer on the roof right now, working his hardest to get everything repaired and get Day2Day back open ASAP! 💪🐶

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience this causes our customers, especially at such short notice. We’ll keep everyone updated throughout the day and let you know as soon as we have a clearer idea of when we can safely reopen.
