If we have an appointment booked with us this week please read.

We are taking the decision to cancel and close all appointments that are coming up in the next few days . With the weather warning alerts and the alerts put out by the RSPCA it is not worth the risk.
We currently haven’t got the correct Aircon fitted in our salon and we cannot get it fitted any sooner than next week. Meaning the salon is getting very hot for both groomers and the dogs .
We also have to take into consideration the travel to and from the salon for the dogs in cars ect . They are best kept at home inside with fans / aircon on until we can rearrange then for next week.
We have young puppies, elderly dogs , dogs with medical needs and brachycephalic dogs all on our books who are all at higher risk of heat stroke .

We hope you understand our decision and we will fit you in as soon as possible just give us a text back and we can arrange this for you .
Our best interest is to keep the dogs cool and safe whilst in our care but like stated we cannot control the temperature in the salon as it stands . Especially with blow dryers on ect. We will wait for your replies and get back to you as soon as possible with new dates 🐾
