Thursday 11th December we will be closing at 2.30 due to Jenny & Brian being away and Jessy having to do the school run.
Deliveries next week will be either Wednesday or Friday depending on where we have to go. Please get your orders for local deliveries in asap so we can plan!

Christmas opening hours will be as follows
Normal opening up to 23rd December
Closed 24th-28th
Normal hours 29th/30th
Closed 31st/1st
Normal hours 2nd January onward.
Deliveries for those 2 weeks will be 24th/31st and orders will need to be in by Tuesday lunchtimes at the latest. (If you can manage though I would love to not have to do too many on those days!]

Please forgive us not being on top of things, Jessys father in law is in hospital at the moment following a fall and sometimes when juggling some balls get dropped. Unfortunately we had a customer be quite nasty yesterday because we didn’t have exactly what they wanted. We don’t expect that kind of entitlement at any time and we don’t tolerate abuse of any kind to our staff. We are doing our best and we appreciate your understanding at this time.

We’ve been busy sorting Christmas things! As well as the racks of Christmas toys from KONG, Green & Wilds and Hem & Boo we’ve also got some lovely Christmas treat gifts. Baubles for the tree filled with natural treats, gift bags, treat crackers, and filled trees. These will be on the website shortly and are available in the shop now. We also have some Lucky Bags, sealed bags of goodies with an rrp value of £15+ for just £10. Each one is different. These would make great gifts too!

Very excited to have these fab new gently cooked medallions from Nutriment. 87% meat is better than the majority of cooked dog foods, grain and legumes free too. Comes in Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Salmon varieties. 800g bags in handy 40g slices. Price is £8 or £8.30 depending on variety. They already have a basic listing on our website with more details being added as soon as time allows!

Here is Audrey giving a demo for her muzzle training. We muzzle train all our dogs as puppies because it is a good part of habituation and you never know when a dog may need to be muzzled. It is far better that they are used to the idea of a muzzle as it’s much less stressful if for example they are hurt and reacting to being examined. Whilst consent can play a part for regular vet trips sometimes needs must. This is Audrey’s second day of practice and as you can see she is already very willing to stick her face in there.

Audrey is continuing her supervisor training! Today she is on customer welcoming and deliveries incoming! We have taken in our first stock from Bella & Duke, I can’t remember how many raw brands that is now, but we’ve got loads of choice!

Jessy is in Palma this weekend, not just to enjoy the sun but more importantly to attend the Raw Feeding Veterinary Society - RFVS conference. Looking forward to hearing the latest science and sharing of knowledge in the realms of natural nutrition and the chance to catch up with the tribe.
