⚠️🌡Hot weather🌡⚠️

As I'm sure everyone has noticed, it's incredibly hot at the moment 🥵 The salon is open as usual, however, please do not walk your dogs to the salon in this heat.

The salon has air conditioning to keep your dogs cool and comfortable during their visit, but if your dog arrives to their appointment showing signs of heat exhaustion their appointment will need to be cancelled and rescheduled. Your dog's welfare is my top priority and it is not worth risking that! 😊

Some tips to keep your dogs happy and cool:

Exercise your dogs early morning before the heat picks up or later in the evening once the heat of the day has dropped. Take drinking water for them just incase!

If a walk is not possible early or late, then there are plenty of canine enrichment options which provide mental stimulation just as good if not better than a walk! Licki mats/frozen Kongs/scent work etc.

Provide fresh drinking water, shade or cool floor/surface to lie on, fan/air conditioning if you have it/don't mither them.

Hi everyone!
Just a quick update to say that I am on annual leave from today, Fri 15th May until Mon 25th May, and will be back in the salon on tues 26th!

Lovely little Maple was booked in last week for her first puppy bath and tidy 🍁

Did you know we encourage getting your pups used to the grooming experience from around 13 weeks (after their last injections) to give them a positive grooming experience from a young age. This allows them to socialise, and become accustomed to the sights sounds and smells of the grooming salon 🐕
