Important Notice to Our Clients

Due to the extreme temperatures forecast this week, we will be making some temporary adjustments to our operating hours and grooming schedule to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care.

We will be aiming to close in the early afternoon each day where temperatures become excessive. We will also be contacting some clients to reschedule appointments, particularly for dogs that may be at greater risk in the heat.

For the safety of the dogs, we will be cancelling appointments for:
• Brachycephalic \(flat\-faced\) breeds
• Double-coated breeds

•Senior dogs

The health and comfort of your dogs will always come first, we appreciate your understanding as we navigate this period of extreme weather.

If your appointment is affected, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.

Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding. Please keep your pets cool, hydrated, and safe during the hot weather.

And if you are travelling to the salon please do so in an aircondtioned car.

First Day at the Spa for Percy

Percy the Labrador puppy called in last week for his puppy introduction groom and was the perfect combination of brave, curious, and delightfully nosy.

He inspected the salon, supervised Liv his groomer, tested the cuddle quality, and generously allowed us to brush him.

We’re pleased to report that Percy has officially added “professional good boy” to his CV.

We can’t wait to watch him grow up with us!
