FULL GROOM

A full groom is more than just a haircut — it’s a tailored grooming experience designed around each individual dog.

Consultation
Every appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your dog’s coat condition, lifestyle, temperament, and the style you would like to achieve.

Preparation
This is the most important stage and includes bathing in a shampoo relevant to your dogs skin and coat type ,high velocity drying, finish drying for ultimate coat preparation, brushing, de-shedding where required, nail trimming, and ear care — creating the foundation for a high-quality finish.

The better the prep the better the groom.

Styling
Each groom is carefully tailored to suit the individual dog, whether that’s a breed-standard trim or a personalised style. No two grooms are ever the same.

Finishing Touches
Once the groom is complete, we finish with a photo to showcase your dog looking and feeling their best.

Please note that grooming times can vary depending on breed, coat type, coat condition, behaviour, and the style of groom requested.

For insurance reasons owners cannot stay during the groom.

Our priority is always to provide a calm, safe, and positive grooming experience for every dog.

A very special welcome to Monty, who following in his sister Olive’s shoes joined us for his first groom last week.

Monty has IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease), a condition which has left him unable to use his back legs.

Despite this, he was an absolute pleasure to groom and handled his session with such calmness and courage.

We always strive to ensure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for during their time with us, and it was a privilege to give Monty the gentle pamper he deserves.

We look forward to welcoming this lovely little gentleman back again soon.
